Honey & Beekeeping

Straight from our hives in East Tennessee, our honey is a taste of the Appalachian countryside. It's raw and unfiltered, so it keeps all of its natural pollen, enzymes, and character. Our bees forage on local wildflowers, clover, and native blooms, and each jar reflects the season and landscape that produced it. We harvest in small batches and bottle it by hand, so every jar is as rich, golden, and flavorful as nature intended.

Beekeeping is one of the oldest crafts we practice, and one of the most rewarding. Tending our hives teaches patience and respect for the natural world, and it supports the pollinators that keep our mountain gardens and orchards thriving.
